These are some of the foundry items and shop equipment that I use. You will find a rating system and a short review of the equipment. My reviews are based on the value to a small workshop and consider both the utility and price of the equipment. If you are planning on using the equipment 3 shifts per day 7 days a week for 10 years…then go buy top of the line commercial equipment.

5 Stars Excellent Value!

4 Stars Good Value

3 Stars Average, Acceptable

2 Stars Poor but somewhat useable

1 Star Worthless- use as melting scrap.
